Internal projects
Working across different industries naturally sparks new ideas. Most stay in the sketchbook. But good ideas are too often shelved or watered down, so when we believe in one, we develop it ourselves.
External projects
Building hardware is hard, and early-stage startups rarely fit a standard design project. By partnering through equity, and becoming a part of their team we share the risk with the founders and align our incentives with theirs. That keeps our focus on making the product a success, with hands-on support from the earliest stages to market launch.
